Workshop Details:

Flutters and combos with Tracy Rhaj!

Join me this upcoming Saturday to unlock the magic of belly flutters (diaphragm shimmies) in this focused workshop designed to help you build control, softness, and speed in this mesmerizing “alien belly” technique. You’ll learn proper posture, breath control, ribcage opening, and how to engage the diaphragm to create a smooth, pulsating motion.

We'll start with foundational drills and gradually building toward a fast, effortless flutters. Perfect for dancers ready to explore or refine this advanced technique, you’ll leave with clear tools and practice methods to keep progressing. We'll finish the class with variations, along with layers and combos.

Tracy has trained with world-renowned instructors, including Bellydance Superstars Sonia Ochoa, Rachel Brice, Zoe Jakes, and Tracy Lynn; FCBD® founder Carolena Nericcio; as well as Mira Betz, April Rose, Silvia Salamanca, Josefine Wandel, and many others.

Certified Teacher

Tracy graduated from Zoe Jakes’ DanceCraft certification program at the Diamond Level in April 2025.

She also earned the Siren Project Teacher Training Certification in FatChance BellyDance® Style dialect with fan, created by Katarzyna Lidia in collaboration with Agata Zakrzewska. I

n addition, Tracy holds Diplomas in Dance Education Methodology, specializing in Dance Pedagogy designed for dance instructors.
