Fusion Belly Dance Technique & Juicy Drills

Refine your isolations and explore exciting double layers! This workshop will focus on must-know combos for every belly dancer, featuring a detailed approach with luscious technique and dynamic, juicy drills.
Drum Solo Choreography
2:15 pm – 3:45 pm (Intermediate/Advanced Level)
Get ready for a high-energy, captivating drum solo choreography! This workshop is packed with shimmies, layers, traveling steps, stunning combos, and dynamic tempo changes. To wrap it up, we’ll dive into an exciting group exercise where you can unleash your creativity and shine!

Tracy Rhaj's belly dance workshops
This immersive program is designed to elevate your belly dance skills through a structured approach to technique, choreography, and performance.
Focus:
This intensive is crafted for dancers of all levels—from beginner to advanced—to refine their technique, master new movements, and even develop a choreography.
Skill Development:
Through focused training, dancers will enhance technique, stamina, strength, and musicality in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Methodology:
All my classes and weekend belly dance workshops include a warm-up, a detailed breakdown of steps, and targeted exercises to refine technique. We’ll work on dance combos, layering techniques using both the upper and lower body, and drill movements to build muscle memory. The pace will be adjusted based on the class’s needs, ensuring everyone can follow along. Each session concludes with a Q&A session and a cool-down. You’re welcome to ask questions at any time during my weekend belly dance workshops!
What to bring to each class:
. Comfortable lycra/sports clothing
. Water
. Coin belt or skirt over leggings (optional)
. Yoga mat (optional, there are yoga mats at the studio too.)
